Let me be your listening ear and let’s find direction in your ideas! Join me for a 90-minute vision session to discuss items that you’d like a second opinion on. Please note that I am not an expert in all fields, but I do have expertise in items related to Interior Design, Organization, Planning, Construction and General Business Administration, and Mathematics (up to Professional/Specialized Mathematics topics like Calculus, Logistics, and Statistics). DELIVERABLE: Direction in the form of Written Recommendations
Cancellation Policy
When you book with Render & Proof, your appointment or project time is reserved specifically for you. We ask that you honor that time whenever possible, and we'll extend the same courtesy to you. Booking Appointments are confirmed once payment or the required deposit has been received. Custom projects may require an approved proposal and signed agreement before work begins. Rescheduling Need to change your plans? No problem! Please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible, and we'll work with you to find another available time. Cancellations & No-Shows Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows will forfeit the scheduled session. However, your non-refundable deposit can be applied as a credit toward a single future appointment. For larger projects, cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual proposal or service agreement. Project Cancellations For custom projects, you are responsible for work completed and approved project-specific expenses incurred before cancellation. Any additional cancellation or refund terms will be included in your service agreement. Waitlist Can't find a time that works? Join our waitlist! When an opening becomes available, we'll reach out based on your requested service and availability. Waitlist placement does not guarantee an appointment. Life Happens We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur. If something comes up, please reach out. We believe policies should provide structure—not create unnecessary hardship—and we'll always do our best to work with you. Questions? We're happy to talk it through.
