Service Description
Helping students build confidence and deepen their understanding through personalized mathematics instruction that transforms challenging concepts into lasting knowledge. Together, we'll identify learning gaps, strengthen problem-solving skills, and develop strategies that empower students to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. DELIVERABLES: Initial Learning Assessment Personalized Learning Plan One-on-One Coaching Sessions Progress Tracking Optional Practice Resources Explore our Math Success Coaching package types! The Foundations package features four 60-minute sessions, email support between sessions, personalized practice recommendations, and progress tracking. The Momentum package features eight 60-minute sessions, personalized study plan, practice problems, parent/guardian progress updates (if applicable), and priority scheduling. The Mastery package features twelve 60-minute sessions, weekly accountability, unlimited email questions, test preparation, and customized study guides. Our Test Prep Intensive package features an initial learning assessment, four focused sessions, practice exam review (with a passing score), and a customized study guide.
Cancellation Policy
When you book with Render & Proof, your appointment or project time is reserved specifically for you. We ask that you honor that time whenever possible, and we'll extend the same courtesy to you. Booking Appointments are confirmed once payment or the required deposit has been received. Custom projects may require an approved proposal and signed agreement before work begins. Rescheduling Need to change your plans? No problem! Please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible, and we'll work with you to find another available time. Cancellations & No-Shows Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows will forfeit the scheduled session. However, your non-refundable deposit can be applied as a credit toward a single future appointment. For larger projects, cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual proposal or service agreement. Project Cancellations For custom projects, you are responsible for work completed and approved project-specific expenses incurred before cancellation. Any additional cancellation or refund terms will be included in your service agreement. Waitlist Can't find a time that works? Join our waitlist! When an opening becomes available, we'll reach out based on your requested service and availability. Waitlist placement does not guarantee an appointment. Life Happens We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur. If something comes up, please reach out.
