Service Description
Move into construction with confidence by thoughtfully exploring your home's design before a single nail is driven. Through collaborative planning, photorealistic visualizations, and curated finish selections, we'll refine your vision together, helping you make informed decisions, minimize costly changes, and create a home you'll love for years to come. DELIVERABLES: Initial Vision Session, Space planning & layout optimization, Finish & material selections, Interior & exterior photorealistic renderings, Up to 3 revision sessions, and Final comprehensive design package. including Finalized space plan, Furniture/layout recommendations, Finish & material selections, Design selections/specifications, Photorealistic renderings, Design recommendations, and Other agreed-upon visualization/design materials Typical Turnaround Time: We typically complete this service within 4 to 8 weeks (Project timelines vary based on project size, scope, client response times, and the complexity of the design.) Adding extra services may extend this timeline, but don't worry—we’ll walk through your exact project timeline together at the end of your Vision Session. Investment Policy(ies): A deposit is required for this service. If you are a returning customer that has purchased the Vision Session service, a one-time credit of the Vision Session service investment can be applied to this service.
Cancellation Policy
When you book with Render & Proof, your appointment or project time is reserved specifically for you. We ask that you honor that time whenever possible, and we'll extend the same courtesy to you. Booking Appointments are confirmed once payment or the required deposit has been received. Custom projects may require an approved proposal and signed agreement before work begins. Rescheduling Need to change your plans? No problem! Please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible, and we'll work with you to find another available time. Cancellations & No-Shows Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows will forfeit the scheduled session. However, your non-refundable deposit can be applied as a credit toward a single future appointment. For larger projects, cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual proposal or service agreement. Project Cancellations For custom projects, you are responsible for work completed and approved project-specific expenses incurred before cancellation. Any additional cancellation or refund terms will be included in your service agreement. Waitlist Can't find a time that works? Join our waitlist! When an opening becomes available, we'll reach out based on your requested service and availability. Waitlist placement does not guarantee an appointment. Life Happens We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur. If something comes up, please reach out.
