Service Description
Expand your product's reach by providing professionally developed Revit families that help architects, interior designers, and specifiers confidently incorporate your products into their projects. We collaborate with manufacturers to create accurate, high-quality BIM content that enhances usability, improves specification opportunities, and supports today's digital design workflows. PRODUCTS: Standard Level Models are perfect for tables, benches, shelving, simple casework, and fixed dimensions. Standard Models include accurate geometry, materials, manufacturer information, standard parameters, and QA review. Premium Level Models are perfect for seating collections, height-adjustable products, modular furniture, systems furniture, and configurable products. Premium Models include all Standard features plus parametric controls, nested components, visibility controls, shared parameters, type catalogs (when applicable),and advanced testing. DELIVERABLES: Discovery Session, Custom Revit Family Development, Parametric Modeling (as applicable), Quality Assurance Review, and Final Revit Family Package INVESTMENT AND PRICING TERMS: The amount selected and paid at checkout ($250 for Standard / $450 for Premium) acts as a non-refundable initial deposit to secure your BIM Library Development project and covers the setup and delivery of your first furniture model only. During the Discovery Session, we will review your full scope of work. Additional model families are priced at your tier's base rate, unless a volume discount applies. Any remaining balance for multi-model packages will be invoiced according to agreed milestones, with final deliverables released upon full payment. Volume Discounts Available: 10 – 19 models: 5% discount 20 – 29 models: 10% discount 30+ models: Custom proposal & tailored volume pricing
Cancellation Policy
When you book with Render & Proof, your appointment or project time is reserved specifically for you. We ask that you honor that time whenever possible, and we'll extend the same courtesy to you. Booking Appointments are confirmed once payment or the required deposit has been received. Custom projects may require an approved proposal and signed agreement before work begins. Rescheduling Need to change your plans? No problem! Please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible, and we'll work with you to find another available time. Cancellations & No-Shows Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows will forfeit the scheduled session. However, your non-refundable deposit can be applied as a credit toward a single future appointment. For larger projects, cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual proposal or service agreement. Project Cancellations For custom projects, you are responsible for work completed and approved project-specific expenses incurred before cancellation. Any additional cancellation or refund terms will be included in your service agreement. Waitlist Can't find a time that works? Join our waitlist! When an opening becomes available, we'll reach out based on your requested service and availability. Waitlist placement does not guarantee an appointment.
